Esencja provides original, transformative editorial analyses and key concept syntheses. We do not reproduce or translate full book texts. Summaries are independent educational works and are not authorized, endorsed, or affiliated with original book authors or publishers. Summaries do not replace purchasing the original complete books.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or browsing esencja.app, our APIs, or our mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Quotation

All analyses, mental model structures, four-tier syntheses, and audio recordings generated by Esencja are the intellectual property of Esencja / Zordon Hub Operations.

  • Nominative Attribution: All book titles, author names, publishers, and ISBN references are factual information used strictly for bibliographical attribution and identification.
  • Statutory Quotation Rights: Any verbatim excerpts included in our summaries are short illustrative quotations cited in accordance with Article 29(1) of the Polish Copyright Act and international Fair Use doctrines.
  • Cover Art & Visuals: All graphic assets and book covers displayed on Esencja are proprietary, abstract editorial designs created for the platform.

3. Notice and Takedown Policy (72-Hour SLA)

We operate a proactive, rights-respecting takedown-first protocol. If you are a copyright holder or publishing representative and believe that any content violates your rights:

Service Level Agreement (SLA): 72 hours response & prompt temporary de-indexing of contested material pending verification.

4. Prohibited Uses & Scraping Restrictions

You agree not to scrape, harvest, or mass-download our summaries, audio files, or mental model graphs using automated scripts or bots (with the exception of bona fide web search engines respecting robots.txt). Furthermore, training, tuning, or fine-tuning machine learning models on Esencja proprietary synthesis content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Content on Esencja represents educational commentary on business, psychology, and personal development topics. It does not constitute professional financial, medical, psychological, or legal counsel. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising from platform use is limited to 100 EUR or fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. EU consumers may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
